Course Title	Carer Champion Training
Course Information	The aim is to raise the services and support available to unpaid carers from the Carers’ Information Support Service, and to develop Carers' Champions across the city. On completion of the course, participants will have an understanding of - how to identify an unpaid carer how to refer unpaid carers for a Carers’ Assessment the Carer Assessment process support available to unpaid carers how to pass on information and raise awareness in your teams, families, and out in your local communities regarding unpaid carers
