Objectives Explore the aims and objectives of child death reviews and child safeguarding practice reviews Identify the purpose of rapid reviews Familiarise ourselves with the aims and objectives of the national panel Explore learning from local and national reviews Identify how the learning from local and national reviews impacts on individual practice
