Costello Playing Fields is a large open space located in the west of the city located next to Costello Stadium. The park is home to sports pitches on the main field, tennis courts, a children’s play area and a small nature pond.




Play area
Located next to the nature pond, Peter Pan Park is home to a children’s play area which has a range of equipment for children and young people to enjoy.
Only assistance dogs are welcome in the play area.

Tennis
Costello Playing Fields is home to Hull's newest outdoor tennis courts with 4 floodlit courts available for use all year round.
Parkrun
There are 2 parkruns at Peter Pan Park. The Peter Pan parkrun takes place on Saturday mornings and the junior parkrun on Sunday mornings.
Charity races
Costello Park, in partnership with Costello Stadium, is proud to be the host venue for Hull’s annual Race for Life and Pretty Muddy events which are organised by Cancer Research UK.
