Hull is packed full of small parks and playing fields with a variety of activities and sessions happening throughout the year for residents to get out in and explore. 

Most of the local parks and playing fields are right on your doorstep so you are never more than five minutes away from some green space where you can relax or get active or just enjoy the greenery and wildlife.

Outdoor Gyms and Sports Activities on your doorstep

Across the city in many of our parks and playing fields you can also find outdoor gyms as well as a number of other outdoor sports activities including outdoor table tennis, permanent orienteering courses and walking routes.

In addition to the outdoor sports activities above, our parks and playing fields are used by community groups and local sports clubs for a wide range of sporting and social activities. They are always looking for new members so why not find out which clubs and groups are based in your local park.
