One of the city’s eastern most parks, Alderman Kneeshaw Park can be accessed via Amethyst Road or Valiant Drive.
The site is home to -

- dog agility area
- a children’s play area
- water play area (seasonal)
- trim trail
- jogging route taking in the hills on 2 sides of the park
- wildlife area




Be a part of the community
Like many of our major parks and recreation grounds, Alderman Kneeshaw has a friends group composed of dedicated local volunteers. They work hard to make Alderman Kneeshaw a focal point for the HU9 community. You can find out more about the Friends of Alderman Kneeshaw Park by following them on -

Play area
Alderman Kneeshaw Park is home to a seasonal water play area and a play area containing a wide range of play equipment for children of all ages including swings and a multi-play activity centre.
Get active
There are lots of ways to get active and stay fit outdoors at Alderman Kneeshaw, including the use of our outdoor trim trail and jogging routes.
Sports
As well as the outdoor gym and running routes, Alderman Kneeshaw and our park partners make it home to a number of sports clubs and activities. These include baseball and football, and clubs are always on the lookout for new members.
Parkrun
In addition to these activities, Alderman Kneeshaw Park is home to a Junior Parkrun. The Junior Parkrun is aimed at 4 to 14-year-olds. There is a 2 km course which youngsters can -

- jog
- skip
- walk
either on their own or with a parent.




Toilets
Toilets are available at Alderman Kneeshaw only when the water play area is open.
