Get active
There are lots of ways to get active and stay fit and healthy outdoors at West Park, including walking and running, use of the outdoor gym, multi-use games area and skate park.

Walk Hull at West Park
Walk Hull is a walking initiative developed in collaboration between -
- Fitmums and Friends
- Hull Culture and Leisure
- Hull City Council
There are 7 pink signs situated around the footpaths of the park. To use these signs -
- scan the QR code on the signs with your phone’s camera to be taken to the Walk Hull webpage
- scan a second code to find out how far you’ve travelled between the 2 points and how long it took
Walk Hull also counts up the total distanced travelled by all users and records milestones for the community.
You can choose your own route, and all the signs are along the existing pathways so are accessible to all park users of any age or mobility. Try it with friends, family or on your own and get more active.
Bowls
West Park is a great place to play bowls.

Toilets
There is a toilet block with male, female, child and disabled toilets next to the paddling pool which are open daily.
