Being in the Forces, you may move to several locations. It is important that you arrange medical, and dentistry cover as soon as possible.
The following organisations provide advice about the medical and dentistry care available.
The Veterans Gateway
The Veterans Gateway is made up of a group of organisations and Armed Forces charities. You can contact them for support 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
NHS Veterans outreach service
The NHS Veterans outreach service provides a first point of contact for people aged 18 and over. It is available to anyone who -
- has completed one day’s service or more with the British Military
- is a Reservist not currently deployed
- is a family member of military personnel
