Annual complaints performance

Information regarding complaints performance is considered annually by the Audit Committee.

The Member responsible for complaints is Councillor Dad.

Customer feedback reports

The Council publishes monthly feedback statistics. This data includes all corporate feedback and Adult Social Care complaints received by the Council.
