Change of address
If you have changed your name or address you will need to notify us using the Blue Badge enquiry form below. Your Blue Badge is still valid if your details have changed.
If you have moved to the Hull area and want your address updating on your Blue Badge you need to contact your previous local authority to get this changed.
Incorrect spelling of your name
If your name has been spelt incorrectly you can still use your Blue Badge. Having an incorrect name on your badge does not make your badge invalid, however you can still apply to have this amended if you wish.
If your photo is incorrect you will need to report this so we can send you a new badge with the correct photo on.

Change of name
If you have changed your name and would like this to be on your Blue Badge you need to re-apply in your new name and provide proof of name change. Your current badge will then be cancelled.
