If you have a property that is ready to rent then we may be able to find tenants from other services if suitable properties aren’t available from our own stock through our Tenant Finder Service.

If you decide to sell or let your empty property, you should seek the advice of a reputable estate or lettings agent. They will provide you with help and guidance on how to market your property effectively to achieve the best possible price.
You may need a conveyancing solicitor to act for you when selling your property and you can find a reputable solicitor through the Law Society website.
It is recommended that you contact more than one agent or solicitor to compare the costs and level of service they offer, to enable you to make the best choice for you.
Auctions
If your empty property is not in a mortgageable condition then listing your property for auction may enable you to sell your property.
You can set a reserve price (a minimum amount you will accept).
Auctions also have the benefit of a quick turnaround so once an offer has been accepted the auctioneer will let you know the expected date of completion, which is often days later and not months.
This is also a good option if you wish to sell your property quickly.
Some auctioneers may not charge upfront fees, waiting for all costs to be paid from the sale of the property.
Property Management
You may also want to consider using a local property management company who, for a fee, will find tenants and manage the process of letting the property for you.
