If you are receiving Housing Benefit or Universal Credit Housing element and live in the Hull City Council area use the link below to apply for help with your current rent.
Apply for Discretionary Housing Payment
If you are receiving Housing Benefit or Universal Credit Housing element and live in the Hull City Council area print off and complete the form DHP rent in advance to apply for rent in advance or a deposit for a new property.
Alternatively you can apply by -
- telephoning our Call Centre on 01482 300 303 to request a form be posted to you
- visiting one of our Customer Service Centres
- email Benefitssr@hullcc.gov.uk to request that a form is posted to you
