Currently our Hull Fair application forms are not available to complete.

Transfer

If you are a regular tenant and wish to transfer your site, complete the transfer of rights application form.

Sublet

If you are a regular tenant and are unable to attend this year's Hull Fair, complete the sublet of rights application form.

Additional land

If you are a regular tenant and are wanting to apply for additional land, complete the additional land application form.

Change of use

If you are a regular tenant and are wanting to apply to attend with something different, complete the change of use application form.

Hawker

If you are wanting to sell novelties, balloons, light ups not food, from a mobile unit, for example trolly or cage, but not a static site on the East Side of Walton Street. A limited number of hawkers waistcoats are available to purchase. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. They permit you to trade for the duration of Hull Fair 2025. If you are interested in applying for one of these and have the appropriate public liability insurance, complete the hawkers and dealers application form.

Dealer or Trader

If you are a trader and are wanting to sell your goods to the showmen, not the public, dealer or trader licences are available to purchase. If you are interested in applying for one of these and have the appropriate public liability insurance, complete the hawkers and dealers application form.
