What happens next
We contact you to arrange payment if you do not submit it with your application.
Applications are subject to a consultation period and are usually determined within 28 days. You may be asked to appear before the Licensing Committee should there be any relevant offences or to seek further information.
If we refuse your application, you have a right to appeal against the decision to Hull Magistrates Court within 21 days from the date of receipt of the decision notification.

If you have been asked to supply any additional documents or proofs to us, you can scan the document to us by taking a picture of the document and uploading it. (Documents can only be sent in JPEG or PNG)
