If you are wanting to make an arrangement you can do this below -
You need your reference number, which is 10 digits long. You can find this payment reference in the top right corner of your rent statement or on a rent notification letter issued every March. This is also found on your swipecard, on the front of your card in the bottom left corner just below your name. If you don’t have any of these contact your local housing office.
