Commuter Season car park passes can be purchased on the MiPermit Portal
Weekly, monthly, and annual digital season tickets are available to purchase on the portal. The cost of each pass, VAT inclusive, is -
- £12.50 per week
- £50 per month
- £600 per year
Registration on the MiPermit Portal is optional, but strongly recommended, as it allows users to manage their digital ticket online, including updating vehicle information.
The passes are digital and are only valid in the following long-stay car parks -

You can leave your vehicle overnight in any of the car parks above if it is fully paid for.
Transponder
A pass holder may also apply for a transponder. This will allow access to the multi-storey car parks outside their publicised opening hours.
A deposit of £25 is paid in cash. It is redeemable on surrendering the transponder.
