To access a planning application appeal you need one of the following -

  • a reference number
  • address
  • postcode
Access a planning application

Appeal a planning decision

You can only appeal a planning decision if you submitted the original planning application. If you did not submit it you can only comment on the application.

To appeal a planning decision you must fill in a planning inspectorate form within six months of the date of notice. If you are submitting an appeal against refusal of a householder application you must do so within 12 weeks.
