A formal consultation on the future of the Beverley Road Calders decided on demolition and a team of Housing Liaison Officers are working closely with residents and owners throughout this process. We are supporting this by purchasing and redeveloping houses in the area.
Once everyone is moved out then we will be inviting the community to work with us on redeveloping the site with new council housing.
