We have a 3-year plan to replace the roofs on our properties in the Garths area.
This work will include –
- removal of existing roof tiles
- renewal of the felt and roof tiles
- renewal of the rainwater goods and guttering
We will also remove the television aerial from the roof. We replace this with a new aerial and pole to an external wall.
Our partner contractor Kingstown Works Limited (KWL) will be the main contractor for this work. KWL may choose to subcontract some of the roof installation works. Once a successful contractor is appointed, KWL will send residents further information. This will include their subcontractor contact details.
Customers will receive a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice before any work starts in their home.
Neighbouring owners will be consulted under the Party Wall Act.
