Following repairs or planned work, KWL will attend and remove any rubbish that has been left.
The process is as follows -
Day to day work
Collections are usually made the same day unless it is too late in the day, which is classed as after 4pm. They are added to the following day's collections within 24 hours unless it is late Friday evening. In that case the collection will be made the following Monday. This is unless it is a bank holiday Monday. Then it will be the following Tuesday.
Planned Work
Collections are usually made during the works and on completion of the work again within 24 hours of completion. This is unless it is late on Friday or Bank Holiday, as explained above.
