We ensure that new roads and any necessary works within the existing roads for all developments are laid out and completed to a suitable standard.
You have to apply and have road plans approved.

Developer inspection fees
We calculate inspection fees per development as follows -
- Section 38 - 10% of the estimated cost of the works
- Section 278 - 10% of the estimated cost of the works - minimum £1000
- Combined sections 38 and 278 - 10% of the estimated cost of the works - minimum £1000
- Extra charges apply for legal and specialist works, such as street lighting and traffic signals
