Christmas restrictions
To ensure minimal disruption during the festive season, street works restrictions will be in place across key locations in the city. These restrictions will be effective from 17 November 2025 to 4 January 2026. Stakeholders are advised to plan accordingly and avoid scheduling non-essential works on the affected streets during this period.
In addition to the streets listed below, all streets within the Hull City Centre boundary are considered off limits for street works during the restriction period. This includes pedestrian zones, shopping areas, and any other public highways within the City Centre footprint, even if not explicitly named in the list.
