High risk building safety policy
As part of our Community Plan, we are committed to providing safe and welcoming neighbourhoods, which includes ensuring a safe place to live for our residents and a safe place to work for our staff and contractors. The High-Risk Building Safety policy sets out our approach to ensuring the buildings within scope are safe and meet regulatory requirements set out in The Building Safety Act (BSA).
