Our Citywide Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy sets out our approach to delivering fully accessible communications, ensuring all residents are aware of key building safety messages, know how they can raise building safety issues with us, and remain at the heart of decision making about their homes.
Individual Resident Engagement Strategies for each of our high-rise buildings are currently being developed and all residents will be consulted as part of this process. Your input is valuable to us in shaping these strategies so if you are contacted, let us know your views on how you would like to be kept informed of any building safety decisions being made for your building.
