ASB case review (formerly known as community trigger)

ASB help pledge

On 20 May 2026 our Neighbourhood Nuisance Team were awarded the ASB Help Pledge for recognition of the work they undertake with victims of anti-social behaviour in ASB case review applications made by members of the public.

ASB Help launched the PLEDGE to help address inconsistency of how the ASB case review (also known as the Community Trigger) was applied across different areas and improve the experience of those who report and experience anti-social behaviour.
