You can visit to see an advisor or to use our facilities to access online services (Self Service).
Self Service
Self-service will allow you to access services without the need to see an advisor. These include -
- myAccount
- Council Tax account
- Housing Benefit
- Housing online account
- retrieve balances and payments
- raise non-emergency repairs
- bid for properties
These services can be accessed online without the need to visit a Customer Service Centre by using a -
- pc
- laptop
- smartphone
- tablet
If you are unable to provide proofs online you can visit a Customer Service Centre to provide these.
Important information
We have toilets and baby changing facilities available.
You can access many services online including –
