What you need to know before challenging your PCN
If you have parked where there is a footway parking ban in force a Blue Badge does not give you any exemption.
You will need to provide a copy of both the front side and the rear photo side of the badge. Make sure that the details on the badge are clearly visible.

- you have parked as close as you can to the delivery location
- the items being delivered are delicate, difficult to move or extremely heavy

- why there was no activity seen around the vehicle
- how long the task took to complete
- the reason it took so long to complete
- what the items were
- proof of the delivery such as a delivery note
