Supported Housing

We review the quality of non-council commissioned supported accommodation. The team works with providers. This is to ensure that supported accommodation is free of significant hazards. We want to make sure tenant support is being delivered to a high standard.

The Supported Housing Provider Charter identifies and establishes shared goals. They will assist Supported Accommodation Providers. We and partners work together to get positive outcomes for some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable residents. We make the provision of outstanding Supported Accommodation that meets local needs a shared ambition across all services in Hull.

The team conducts a reactive and proactive property inspection and resident support review programme, and also responds to service requests and complaints from members of the public.
