Zoo licences
A licence is needed for any establishment where wild animals are kept to show to the public excluding circuses or pet shops.
The application fee will be dependent on veterinary and administrative costs associated with the application.
In order to issue a licence, we will inspect the premises and consult with other local agencies such as –
- the police
- fire department
- planning authority
- veterinary surgeons
