There are several ways to pay a parking penalty charge notice or bus lane penalty charge notice (PCN). These must be paid in full within 14-days of being issued before the fee increases.
You need your reference number, which is 10 digits and starts with KH.
If your reference number does not start with KH, refer to your penalty charge notice to find out how to pay.
If you do not have your PCN number, call 01482 300 300 to speak to an advisor who will assist you.

If your case is at the Bailiff stage, you must contact the Bailiff directly.
You can also telephone the Traffic Enforcement Centre on 0300 123 1059 or 01604 619 450. You will need to quote your PCN reference number.

- pay your PCN at one of our libraries using cash
- find your nearest library and check the library opening hours
