There are several ways to pay a parking penalty charge notice or bus lane penalty charge notice (PCN). These must be paid in full within 14-days of being issued before the fee increases to the higher rate, which you can find details of on your PCN.
Online
Make a secure payment anytime with myPayments. You need -
- your debit or credit card
- your reference number, which is 10 digits and starts with KH
- an email address to be sent a receipt. This is optional
You can only make online payments using a compatible browser.

Telephone
You can pay anytime by automated telephone payment on 01482 300 300 and selecting option one.

- a debit or credit card
In person
You can -
- pay your PCN at one of our libraries using cash
- pay at the following libraries -
