If you stop or park on School Keep Clear zig-zag markings during the restriction times, you may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
These restrictions help keep children safe by improving visibility and reducing congestion outside schools.

Restriction times
Monday to Friday -
- 8.30am to 9.15am
- 2.45pm to 3.45pm
How enforcement works
CCTV cameras monitor the School Keep Clear markings during the restriction times.
If your vehicle is seen stopping or parking on the zig-zag markings, a PCN may be issued and sent by post to the registered keeper.
Penalty charge
The charge is £70.
This is reduced to £35 if paid within 21 days of the date the notice is issued.
If you have received a School Keep Clear PCN, you have the option to Pay your PCN
