We are carrying out surveys to update our records about the condition of High-Rise flats and for future improvements works including District Heating.
These surveys will take place in communal areas wherever possible but if your home is directly affected you will receive a letter.
Our team will be available on the dates below to answer any questions you may have -
- Great Thornton Street – Friday 2 August 2024 at 10am to 2pm in the car park between Blocks 1 & 2
- Cambridge Street – Wednesday 7 August 2024 at 10am to 2pm in the grassed area behind Block 1
General surveys
We aim to survey our properties every 5 years. Our Project Surveyor may need to look at your -
- roof
- brickwork
- windows
- doors
- kitchen
- bathroom
- heating system
This information will allow us to plan for any work that may be needed on your home now or in the future. You will receive a letter when a survey is due for your home. This survey should take no longer than 35 minutes to complete.
