Free school meals

Hull special free school

We have received approval from the Secretary of State for our bid to establish a special free school in the city.

The successful bid for a 125-place special free school for pupils with severe learning difficulties aged 4 to 19 is a key part of our strategic plan for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) education provision.

There are documents available to download with more detailed information.

It supports our vision for all children and young people with SEND in Hull to have the right provision, at the right time and in the right place so they can achieve well in their early years, in school and at college and participate in and contribute to the local community in which they live.
