The Local Development Scheme (or LDS) is the name given to a document that sets out which development plan documents we are producing or intend to produce in the future.
The LDS outlines the programme for production of documents including key consultation opportunities. The LDS is updated regularly when significant changes occur, for example when new documents are introduced or time frames change.
