Replacement registration cards
Replacement registration cards can be issued once the necessary checked have been completed.
You can request a replacement registration card by -
- attending the Wilberforce Centre - no appointment is required
- email your request to See&Solve@hullcc.gov.uk. Ensure you mark the subject line as Disability Registration
