How to make a claim
To make a claim, you will need to complete the form online.
Answer the questions in the form carefully and accurately. Each application is checked and may be rejected if you do not meet basic qualifying conditions. Or if you have not fully completed the form. You may be notified by SMS text message if your application is rejected for this reason.
Please send documentary evidence to support your request. For example, proof of an unexpected expense, loss of income, or a health risk. The end of the form will allow you to upload files, or you can email them with your application reference to las@hullcc.gov.uk. Lack of verification may result in your application being refused, reduced, or delayed.
