Collection point
Items must be -
- within the boundary of your property
- driveway
- side of house
- in the garden that is closest to the roadside, excluding ten foots
- some properties are back to front so if your back garden is the one closest to the road items must be placed here
- items must be accessible from 7am on the scheduled appointment day
Items may be collected by more than one crew for recycling purposes, so if you have for example a -
- fridge
- mattress
- washer
there may be more than one vehicle that attends.
Access to items
You must ensure all items can be easily accessed by our collection crew.
If we cannot access the items, we will leave a customer response card.
We do not collect items from tenfoots.
Some properties are back to front, so if your back garden is the one closest to the road items must be paced here.
