Request a bulky item collection
Items should remain dry for collection or our crews will be unable to collect -
- wood
- sofas
- mattresses
- carpets
- we will not collect freezers or fridges where food is left inside. They must be empty
You are able to -
- update
- cancel
- change
All amendments must be requested 48 hours before the collection takes place. Bulky item collections can only be amended once after being requested. If you want to change the collection more than once, the original request will be cancelled and a new request opened. The new collection request is not guaranteed to be collected on the original date.
You can do this by using the reference number you were provided when making the booking.
Landlords
Landlords requesting a bulky item collection would need to do this using our Commercial waste and recycling page.
Missed bulky collections
You can report a missed bulky collection online if it is -
- after 4pm on your collection day
- within 2 working days of the original collection day
Missed bulky collections are collected within 5 working days of your request. Mondays are not included in those 5 working days.
Refunds
Refunds for paid collections will not be issued if -
- cancelled 48 hours prior to collections
- failure in collection is due to resident error
