I am a council tenant and my shower adaptation or wash dry toilet is broken -
This needs to be reported on 01482 300 300 as a repair.
I have a stair lift I no longer need -

Stairlifts fitted up to and including Friday 31 March 2023 were installed by Prism Medical. They will remain under warranty. This is with Prism Medical for 2 years for council properties and 5 years for private properties. We will contact you when your stairlift is coming out of warranty.
As from Saturday 1 April 2023, Handicare Stairlifts UK are the new contractors to install stairlifts and Wessex Lift Co. Ltd is the new contractor to install through floor lifts. Warranty for both stairlifts and through floor lifts is 2 years for council properties, and 5 years for private properties. We will contact you when your stairlift and through floor lift is coming out of warranty.
