Kingston Care service information

Lifeline is a slim unit which provides a 24 hours a day 365 days a year emergency contact response. Should you need emergency help, you can press the pendant provided to you to put a call through to the Kingston Care Control Centre. The control centre can speak to you through the unit and if needed contact an appropriate emergency service or contact.

Lifeline can also provide a sound booster for people who are hard of hearing.

This service is available to both council and private tenants. No telephone line is required. You just need access to a plug socket in the room that the Lifeline is to be installed.

There is a weekly charge for the service of £5.10 per week. Depending on circumstances, VAT may have to be paid at 20%, which makes the weekly charge £6.12.
