What happens next

We provide a first response within 2 working days, usually a phone call. We will discuss the issue with you and agree a course of action. Our enforcement officer responsible for your case will take appropriate action. They will update you regularly on the progress if you have provided your details.

Keep a log of any further related incidents. This includes dates and times that can be added to your case and help with our investigations.
