i) Remove the timber framework for the suspended ceiling within the upper ground floor rooms, bedroom two and hallway, making good any damage caused to the lath and plaster ceiling and plaster cornice using appropriate non-hydraulic lime mortar for the ceiling and like for like method of repair to the cornice, as shown on approved drawings J8158-206-F and J8158-209-C of application 22/00829/LBC.

ii) Install the stud walls and bathroom pod within the upper ground floor rooms, bedroom two and hallway, in accordance with the approved drawings of J8158-206-F and J8158-209-C of application 22/00829/LBC.

iii) Remove the soil pipe within the upper ground floor hallway and remainder of the floors of the Listed Building. This includes removing the boxing out of the soil pipe within all rooms. Repairing the decorative plaster cornice within the hallway and making good any damage to the floorboards, as shown on approved drawing J8158-206-F of application 22/00829/LBC.
