Keys

You are expected to hand the keys in to a local Customer Service Centre by 12 midday on the date your tenancy is due to end to avoid charges.

To hand the keys in, put them in an envelope with -

  • your name
  • your address
  • the address of the property

You can then hand them in at one of our Customer Service Centres.
