Parking Permits

City centre permits

If you live in the city centre-controlled zone, and you have a city centre meter zone residents' exemption permit, you can park in any on street pay and display parking place without charge or time limit.

A City Centre permit does not provide an exemption from any other on-street parking restrictions such as double yellow lines, motorcycle bays, and disabled bays or loading bays.

You may also park in George Street or Pryme Street multi storey car park between 7am and 7pm. If you wish to have access outside these hours, email parking@hullcc.gov.uk to request a transponder application form. The transponder operates vehicle and pedestrian doors for entry and exit. A deposit of £25 is required and refunded on return of the transponder.
