We plan to adopt a direction made under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended to withdraw permitted development rights in respect of vehicle crossovers and hard standings. The area concerned is within the Spring Bank West Conservation Area and relates to properties on Hymers Avenue and Sunny Bank.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the previous Article 4 Direction lapsed. As a result, further Direction was made on the 28 August 2020.
