myHousing Hull app
If you are having trouble logging into your myHousing Hull app account, it could be because you -
- have not created a new account for the new portal. Your old My Housing Online details will not work on our new portal. Use the link below to find out how to create an account
- are using the details for one of our other portals such as myAccount. They all need separate accounts. myAccount is used for other services such as waste and highways

- reference number

Check that notifications are turned on

- go to settings
- select apps and notifications
- choose the relevant app
- select notifications
- make sure 'allow notifications' is turned on
Apple (iPhone or iPad)
- go to settings

- choose relevant app
- select notifications
- make sure 'allow notifications' is turned on
Reinstall the app
Reinstalling the app can sometimes fix the problem.
Hull City Council app
Android
- go to settings
- select apps and notifications
- choose Hull City Council
- select 'uninstall'
- open the link you were sent previously and follow the steps to download the app again
Apple (iPhone or iPad)
- find the app on your home screen
- press and hold the app icon
- tap 'delete bookmark'
- open the link you were sent previously and follow the steps to download the app again

Android
- go to settings
- select apps and notifications
- choose Hull City Council
- select 'uninstall'
- go to the Play Store
- search myHousing Hull
- select install
Apple (iPhone or iPad)
- find the app on your home screen
- press and hold the app icon
- select 'remove app'
- go to the App Store
- search myHousing Hull
- select install
