Christmas response times
Due to the holiday period, delays in response times may be experienced due to high volumes of contact. We apologise in advance if we exceed any expected response time but rest assured, we are working hard to ensure all time scales are met and match our high standards of customer care.
If any time limit is exceeded, we aim to be up to date with our response times by the end of January.

Corporate sundry debt
- Invoices shall be issued daily as soon as reasonably practicable
- Recovery shall commence in accordance with agreed recovery paths within an average of 5 working days or as soon as reasonably practicable
Debt recovery - credit notes and refunds
- Credit notes shall be issued within 5 working days of the calculation of the credit or as soon as reasonably practicable
- Refunds shall be issued within 10 working days or as soon as reasonably practicable
Parking warrant enforcement with commercial rents
- Warrants shall be issued to the external agent within 10 working days of receipt of the warrant from TEC or as soon as reasonably practicable
- Enforcement of the warrant shall commence in accordance with the agreed recovery path within 15 working days or as soon as practicable
- Enforcement Agent performance is monitored every month for performance, and quarterly liaison meetings
Council mortgage - reconciliation
- Reconciliation of residual mortgage payments in accordance with S151 controls and financial practices every month and annually
